Accept Signed EERP Requests OFTP2

I recently went added an OFTP2 connection in PROD between IBM customer Thyssen Krupp and their TP WST. We send the file successfully and TP has confirmed they receive the file successfully put it stays in "processing" status on our side as if they never acknowledged reciept of the file. They are signing they EERP which we are not setup to accept. We need to enable the ability to accept signed EERP requests within sterling to avoid these files being stuck in "processing".

What is your industry? Industrial Products
How will this idea be used?

As OFTP2 becomes more prominent in EU I assume we will face this issue more often than not. By adding this enhancment we will be able to avoid these errors in the future.
