How will this idea be used?

In our case:

We currently monitor via Control Center if an inbound transfer occurs within a time frame or not. If it doesn't Control Center sends out an alert. We would to have it run a script, using opscmd.sh in SI, to turn off the schedule that would be expecting that file. That way an incomplete transmission would not be sent out to a customer.
