Password Policy Login Failure Lockout

In the SFTP adapter, you can configure how many attempts a connection can use to try to login with a password. After the default of 3, the TCP session is terminated. There is no penalty for the account to try and brute force attack the password.

It would be good to have an option on the Password Policy that after X number of failed attempts, an account would be locked out, and then administrator intervention is required.
