Multi-tenant, One viewer should be able to see activity report for all the mailboxes that are associated for their account

We have a user who owns 10 customer accounts and wants to see files flowing in and out for those customers (activity report), currently, he has to login to each user account on myfilegateway and view their activity. If we can have one user account who can access all the data flow for these 10 accounts that would be great

How will this idea be used?

It would ease customer representatives to look at the activity for all the customers they are entitled with. Probably building a new permission group and having a user associate with it might be easier way to achieve this

Multi Tenant for SFG would transform the apeal of the system. Strangely enough the underlying supporting database tables have this in mind. The fault simply lies with the interface and the implementation of groups and users to it.

@IBM how long does it take for your team to review a request and make comments ? It appears that posting ideas or RFE is waste of time
