Provision to Encrypt the Keystore and Truststore Passwords for Active MQ

No description provided
What is your industry? Aerospace & Defense
How will this idea be used?

We have a security requirement to secure the connection between B2Bi and Oracle Database. We have followed the documented procedure as per the knowledge center URL:

https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SS3JSW_5.2.0/com.ibm.help.install_win_clus_523.doc/SI_ConfigDataTrafEncrySSL_Windows.html

But there is no provision to encrypt the keystore and truststore passwords in acitve mq config file. It would be ideal to allow to make these Active MQ changes in customer overrides like any other property file changes so they all will be in one place.

Thank you for participating in the request for enhancement request community. We have enhanced the product to support TLS 1.2 between B2Bi and the Oracle Database. Furthermore, in v5.2.6.4 and v6.0.x we removed ActiveMQ
