customer overrides properties for liberty profile server.xml

We would like to have customer overrides setting to be used in the server.xml of the liberty profile instance managing the B2Bi API's.

How will this idea be used?

With every fixpack or patch to B2Bi/SFG the server.xml is overwritten with default settings force us to either re-configure or restore back up files.   This include replacing certificate references for securing the API calls.   As with other customer specific settings, it would be extremely useful to have the ability the put these settings in the customer overrides file.

    We have made an architecture change in v6.1 to use Springboot for hosting APIs. We can reconsider this enhanncemennt on that platform
