Enhancement\Fix to ICC XPath Functionality

NOTE: This applies to the IBM Sterling product line, IBM Control Center (ICC) but I cannot find the product family that has this. The previous B2B & COMMERCE entry is missing so I can't select.... Please see PMR 52919,082,000 for a history of what was done thus far. We are submitting an RFE to follow through on the suggestion. As part of that PMR we learned that the ICC product will evaluate an XPath on ALL steps which causes severe performance delays when trying to use an XPath function. IBM has enhanced the product to only run on the LAST step but this is not always the one with the business process data. Please fix this solution so it can run against only a single final step that has process data or however is it best to design.
