Allow a dynamic counter to be specified in the DocToDOM function

In order to prevent the whole XML file being placed into process data it would be more efficient if you could pass a dynamic counter to the DocToDOM function so that just the required row is placed in process data. This is especially important when there are a large number of rows in the data (typically > 15,000).

So the sample bpml code would be
