SFTP Client adapter does not support SOCKS 4/5 over HTTP

When attempting to connect to a McAfee Enterprise (SideWinder) the request is being rejected as an attack - as it sees the connection being changed from HTTP to SSH. It is expecting a SOCKS connection over HTTP. SideWinder is currently configured on Port 1080 for SOCKS connections. We have had some success by creating a rule that includes HTTP over SSL on port 80 and 8080 --However, this is just for authentication. All FTP/SFTP traffic needs to go through SideWinder. Currently we are using a open Source script that provides a SOCKS connection over an HTTP tunnel. We need this functionality in B2Bi to eliminate dependence on custom scripts.
