System process failure notifications need to include system details in the subject and body

A number of the Email notifications for Scheduled system services do not include the system information from where they generated. We have three environments of two node clusters and it takes extra time to track down which system is issuing the notifications. These functions are samples of notifications that do not include the system information:
Automated Event Notification - Purging Failed
DB Monitor Service Event (Checking DBFull)
Automated Event Notification - AssociateBPsToDocsType Failed
Automated Event Notification - Indexing Failed

We have one common mailbox for all of our environments to "send" and "receive" email notifications from SFG/B2Bi and without some clear differentiation all the messages look the same.
