When a partner user logs in through any of the SI Adapters (eg. myFileGateway, SFTP Server Adapter, etc.) using a mixed case login ID, unless the SI User Account matches case-wise exactly, the user will be denied access to the system to transfer files.
There needs to be a way to optionally (configurable property file entry) to force the upper/lower case orientation of the user's login ID when logging in through all of the various SI adapters. Preferably, we would like to force lower case all login ID's, as user accounts are added to SI in all lower case in our environment.
The resulting problem is unnecessary user confusion and difficulty in troubleshooting.
