Restrict Outbound Data Flow

I'm would like to limit the number of connections allowed when sending files to a vendor using SFG.

We are using SFG to push files to the vendor via SFTP. We are using the SFTP Client Adapter, and would like to apply a Data Limit Policy to the Client. Right now it can only applied it to the Server Adapter.

+1.  SFG may attempt to send hundreds of files to a remote SFTP server simultaneously - each one using a unique session.  It is highly likely that the target SFTP server will be unable to accept all of those sessions resulting in delivery failures.
