Add default version to codelists endpoint

Currently the codelists endpoint of the B2BI API does not include the default version of the codelist. This makes it impossible to know which version of a code list is currently the default version and doesn't allow for the ability to update the default version.

    I need a little more information to understand your idea.

    From our documentation, the behaviour of UI vs API is different (https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/b2b-integrator/6.2.0?topic=partners-update-code-list):

    You can update CodeLists and CodeListCodes via the UI dashboard or the REST APIs. REST APIs change the default version of CodeLists and CodeListCodes, whereas the UI dashboard retains the default version.

    Is the request to just know if the current version is default or to set a particular version as the default or something else?
