Make ECHDE ciphers available for Selection in Connect Direct for IBM i

Current only RSA ciphers are available on Connect Direct for IBM in version 3.8. RSA ciphers are not considered deprecated due to ROBOT vulnerability.

Support NFS for work files in Connect Direct for load balancer setup

Support NFS for work files in Connect:Direct. Without the support of NFS for work files, Connect: Direct cannot be load balanced for restarts appropriately.
